About She PT

Care built around the gap we saw

Why She PT exists

Dr. Jill Heath started She PT because, as both a physical therapist and a mom, she kept seeing the same gap: women being told their pelvic floor symptoms were just something to live with, rushed through short visits, or handed a sheet of kegel exercises and sent on their way.

She built the clinic she wished every woman had access to — one where you're seen by a true specialist, for a full hour, in a private room, for as long as it takes to actually get to the root of what's going on. That standard now shapes every visit at She PT, no matter which of our therapists you see.

Our approach

Whole-body, root-cause care — not "just do your kegels"

Your pelvic floor doesn't work in isolation. It's connected to how you breathe, how you hold your posture, how your hips and core move together — which is why a program of generic kegels so often falls short.

Every evaluation at She PT starts with your story: your symptoms, your goals, and what hasn't worked before. From there, we build a plan specific to you, combining hands-on manual therapy, movement retraining, and education — so the goal isn't just symptom relief, it's full resolution.

We also believe education is part of treatment. You'll leave your first visit with a clear, written plan, not just a list of exercises to figure out on your own.
